With a range of up to 100 meters (depending on the headset), employees can enjoy freedom of movement while talking on the phone.       Yes, the Jabra Link 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter supports A2DP streaming from your PC. (Headsets need to support A2DP as well to achieve this superior audio streaming quality.)

    • What are the different wireless range settings for my Jabra Link 360?

      To support the maximum specified range between the adapter and headset, set this to “Normal”. However if you are having problems with too many wireless devices interfering with one another, then try turning this setting down to “Low” or “Very low”. Settings are done via Jabra PC Suite.

    • How do I pair a new Bluetooth headset/device to my Jabra LINK 360?

      1. Remove the Jabra LINK 360 adapter from PC.
      2. Put the headset/device you want to be paired with the Jabra LINK 360 into pairing mode.
      3. Put the Jabra LINK 360 back into the PC to begin pairing automatically. It can take up to 1 minute to pair. If pairing fails, please retry these 3 steps.

    • The computer does not automatically toggle between my Jabra LINK 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter and another default audio device when I Insert/remove my USB adapter.

      Try manually selecting the Jabra LINK 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter as your default audio device. Go to the control panel on your computer. Open the menu Sound and Audio Devices. When inserted, you can select the Jabra LINK 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter as the default device for Sound playback and Recording. Press Apply. Press OK. If you are using Macintosh – go to System Preferences on your computer. When inserted, select the Jabra LINK 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter in the Sound menu under Output and Input.

    • Why can´t I pair my Jabra headset with the Jabra LINK 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter?

      Make sure that the Jabra Link 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter is in pairing mode, indicated by a flashing blue light. Make sure that the headset is charged and in pairing mode. See the instructions in the headset manual. If this does not solve the problem, install the Jabra PC Suite software and get access to advanced features, e.g. clearing of the pairing list.

    • How do I re-pair the Jabra Motion UC or Jabra Motion UC+ with the Jabra Link 360?

      1.    Remove the Jabra Link 360 from the PC, and turn off the headset.
      2.    Put the headset in pairing mode by pressing and holding the Call button while opening the flip boom-arm. Release the button when the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue and you hear “Welcome, you are now ready for pairing”.
      3.    Insert the Jabra Link 360 into the PC to begin pairing automatically. It can take up to 1 minute to pair. The Jabra Link 360 status LED will flash blue. When the status LED turns steady blue, the pairing is complete.

    • How to find the firmware version of my device?

      1. ​Make sure you have the latest Jabra PC Suite.
      2. Then go to Start and open Jabra PC Suite Control Center or right-click on the Jabra PC Suite icon on the right side of the quick-start menu.
      3. Go to the Help function and click on About Jabra.... The firmware version appears.
