These functions are dependent on your phone supporting them. You may also simply need to reset the communication between your cell phone and the speakerphone.
Please try the following steps:
- Turn your cell phone off and remove its battery for 10 to 15 seconds. Once you replace the battery and turn the cell phone back on, it should work again.
- To reset the Jabra speakerphone, simply insert a small object into the hole found on the back of the unit and hold it there for a few seconds. When you turn the speakerphone back on, you will need to follow the pairing procedure again as pairing data is deleted during a reset.
Please check your phone’s user manual for further details.

Some in-car speakerphones have a voice control system driven by the speakerphone itself. Each mobile phone has its own voice control set up. If your phone supports the voice control function, its user manual should list the words that you can use to control your mobile phone.
Some phones when turned into the voice control mode suggest what words you can use to control your phone. The words are usually written on the mobile phone's screen.

The headset can be charged from a PC/Mac using a USB cable, e.g. mini or micro USB cable. Not all products have a USB cable included in the packaging. If you do not have a suitable cable already, you can purchase one from our webshop:
