| Connection and configuration
1. Download and install Jabra PC Suite on your computer (required for headset call control).
2. Plug the headset touch screen base into AC power and dock the headset (see right). Allow to charge for at least 20 minutes.
3. Choose your preferred language for installation.
4. When asked to Connect to a Desk Phone choose
No. (if Desk Phone installation is required, see alternate guide)
5. When asked to Connect to a Softphone choose
Yes.
6. Touch > to begin.
7. Choose
Cisco, then >.
8. When asked to Connect to a Mobile Phone choose
No. (if Mobile Phone installation is required, see User Manual)
9. As required, set Personal Preferences, review Jabra PC Suite software, and complete Headset Intro.
10. Touch
X to reboot.
11. After the headset base reboots, wait briefly for Windows to install the driver for the headset.
12. Start up IP Communicator.
13. In the IP Communicator main window, click the drop down menu and choose
Audio Tuning Wizard.

14. To continue to the wizard, click Next.
15. Under Headset, select the Jabra GO 6470 from the drop down menu.
16. Under Speakerphone, select the Jabra GO 6470 from the drop down menu.
17. Under Handset, select the Jabra GO 6470 from the drop down menu.
18. Under Ringer, select the Jabra GO 6470 from the drop down menu.
19. To continue, click Next.

20. To test listening audio click Play, then Next.
21. To test microphone volume click Test, then Next.

22. When complete, click Finish.
Important: If your program-related sounds continue to come through the headset and you prefer them to come from your speakers, please take the following steps:
1. Go to Windows Control Panel.
2. Select
Hardware and Sound.
3. Click
Sounds to display the list of playback devices.
4. Select
Speakers from the list and set as the default.
5. Now your speakers will provide audio for program-related sounds.
| Usage
Receiving a call
You will see a call notification pop-up on your computer screen when you have an incoming call.
Option 1: Press the Answer button on the headset base to answer the call.

Option 2: Press the Answer button on the headset to answer the call.

Option 3: Click the headset icon on the call window.

Adjust audio:
To increase the listening volume, slide up the Volume touch sensor.
To decrease the listening volume, slide down the Volume touch sensor.

To mute or unmute the microphone, double-tap the Volume touch sensor.
