How do I get mute functionality for my Jabra GN2000 OC headset?
Simply go to the support page on
www.jabra.com
and download the software for your Jabra GN2000 OC. Once installed all you have to do is to press the middle of the volume control to mute your headset. A red light will indicate when mute is active.
