Configuration: Microsoft MS OC and Hard phone, Headset GN9350e OC
When dial out of MS OC, the GN9350e OC does not switch automatically to USB.
The following steps can solve this issue:
Change audio settings in MS OC:
Go to MS OC Tools – Setup Audio and Video –
- on the first tab “Handset or Headset” select “GN9350”
- on the second tab “Speaker/Microphone or Speakerphone”: here select “Custom” and select manually the GN9350 for Speaker and microphone
Apply and confirm the change of settings as usual.
