There are two solutions if a call goes directly through without using the MF button
a) Solution is to switch off the auto answer feature in the Index system, then the phone will ring normally and you press a button to answer the call.
b) In the Index software you can alter the warning tone (sometimes called alert tone). It may be possible to either lengthen the tone or give two tones one after another.
The preferable solution is a).
