All wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Please try the following:
1. Keep the headset on the same side of your body as the phone. 2. Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the headset and your phone. The Bluetooth signal may have difficulty traveling through walls, buildings or people. 3. Static or interference is sometimes environmental. Interference can be caused by computers, cordless phones, microwaves, etc.
