Dead on Arrival Product Procedure (DOA)
 

Customers who believe that their new GN product is DOA should, in the first instance, contact their supplier to determine that the product they have received is in fact faulty.  Once it has been verified that the item is indeed DOA, the customer should arrange for the product to be returned to the original point of purchase whereby upon receipt, the supplier will issue a replacement product.*

* The unit must be shipped in its original packaging and accompanied by any relevant paperwork.
