Repair Information
 
On the 1st June 2005, the GN Netcom repair service changed. This was as a direct result of speaking to our customers and also as part of our dedicated policy of continuously improving our levels of service.

From this date, products requiring repair must be accompanied by a repairs authorisation number which should be retained for tracking purposes. This repair authorisation number will also be emailed to you in a printable format, allowing the details to be used as your unique delivery note.

When you call to register your repair, you will be asked to provide some basic information that will allow your repair to be processed quickly and efficiently. Please have the product model details ready as well as the specification of the telephone system which the product connects to. This will help identify the correct product.

BT customers should contact BT Headsets Direct on 0845 707 8157.

GN Netcom customers should contact their current supplier for details. Alternatively, please call one of our Repair Authorisation Partners for for immediate assistance.
