    • For the best audio quality, always wear your headset on the same side of the body as your mobile phone. Bluetooth is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the headset and the connected device. It is designed for the headset and the connected device to be used within 10 metres (33 feet) of each other, with no major objects in the way (walls, etc.).
  • Pairing with mobile phones
    • You may have deleted your headset pairing connection in your mobile phone. Ensure that both devices are fully charged. Follow the pairing instructions in the user manual.
  • Does my headset work with other Bluetooth equipment?
    • Your headset is designed to work with most Bluetooth mobile phones. It can also work with other Bluetooth devices that are compliant with Bluetooth version 1.1, 1.2  and support a headset and/or handsfree Bluetooth profile. Use our Compatibility Guide above to see if your headset is compatible with your Bluetooth phone.
  • I cannot use Reject call, Call on hold, Redial or Voice dialling?
    • These functions are dependent on your phone supporting them. Please check your phone’s manual for further details.
  • I cannot hear anything in my headset
    • Increase the volume on the headset. Ensure that the headset is paired with the phone. Make sure that the phone is connected to the headset – if it does not connect either from the phone’s Bluetooth menu or by tapping the answer/end button, follow the pairing procedure.
  • I want to clear the list of paired devices on Jabra BT2050
