The microphone volume control may be set too high. Lift the Jabra GN8210 top cover and adjust the microphone volume counter clockwise to a lower number. Why doesn’t the on-line indicator light or flash? Make sure the headset stand/on-line indicator is plugged all the way into the port on the rear of the Jabra GN8210. Make sure that the power adapter is connected to a functioning wall socket.
