Ensure that the microphone isn’t in mute mode (the mute switch must be off), and that the volume setting for these devices is at least at the halfway point.
Adjust the microphone volume settings of the target audio device (computer/application control panel), or adjust the input level on other audio recording devices.
Verify that the headset and all connectors are properly plugged into the correct ports.
