Make sure the headset is charged. The visual indicator on the headset turns green when charging is complete. Make sure you are within range of the base/dongle or mobile phone. The base/dongle/mobile and the headset may have lost its pairing. Your headset needs to be paired to the base/dongle or mobile phone. (See section 9 in the manual)
