Connection of the GN 9120 Duo EHS to TELCOM T-Comfort Pro P 100/300/500 for electronic call receipt.

Connection:

1.) Plug the 1-sided end of the DHSG cable marked in blue into the socket of your telephone marked with the " Headset symbol " .

2.) Plug the split end of the DHSG cable into the basestation of the GN 9120. The RJ10 plug is plugged into the socket with the complete " Telephone symbol " and RJ45 plug into the socket marked with " AUX "at the GN 9120 base station.





Software setting:

The GN 9120 must be set for DHSG Software
( The GN 9120 EHS is always supplied in DHSG Mode.)

To check the installed software,proceed as follows:

Plug the headset into the base station and press the PLUS and MINUS button simultaneously
for about 6 seconds. till the Online-display on the headset starts to blink.

Now the current software is displayed at the base station.

The radio lamp represents RHL; the MUTE-LED DHSG and the accumulator display AEI.


With the help of PLUS and MINUS button now you can toggle between particular kinds of software.
Installation of the software is confirmed when the basestation once again automatically changes over to the charge condition after about 10 seconds.


Base installation:

Set the telephone setup switch ( A-G ) at the position "A".



Transmission volume adjustment:

Please make a call using the headset .

Now on the headset both the PLUS and MINUS button must be pressed simultaneously and this immediately results in a beep.



Now by using the PLUS button the volume of the microphone can be increased or alternatively it can be decreased by using the MINUS button.

This is confirmed by a slight beep in the headset after about 5 seconds. The settings are subsequently automatically saved.


Telephone installation:

Additionally a Headset button must be installed at Comfort PRO .

Menu > Overall menu > Telephone installation > activate Headset
