Connection of the GN9120 EHS to TIPTEL 85 for electronic call reception.

Connection:

1) Plug the 1-sided end of the DHSG cable that is marked in blue into the socket of your telephone that is marked with the "headset symbol"

2)Plug the split end of the DHSG cable into the basestation of the GN 9350. The RJ10 plug is plugged into the socket with the complete "Telephone symbol" and the RJ45 plug is plugged into the socket marked as "AUX" at the GN 9350 basestation.


Software setting:

The GN 9120 must be set with DHSG Software.
(the GN 9120 DHSG is always supplied in DHSG Mode)

Checking and setting can be carried out as follows:
Plug the headset into the basestation.

Then press both the PLUS and MINUS button simultaneously for 6 seconds until the online display on the headset starts to flash.

Now your current software is displayed on the basestation.

The radio lamp displays"RHL"; the MUTE-Lamp "DHSG" the Accumulator display represents "AEI".

With the help of the PLUS or MINUS button you can toggle between particular kinds of software.
Installation of the software is confirmed when after about 10 sec the device again automatically changes over to the charge condition



Base setting:

The adapter (small wheel) on the basestation must be positioned at "A".


Adjustment of the transmission volume:


Now both the PLUS and MINUS button on the headset must be simultaneously pressed and immediately a beep is heard.

Now you can increase the volume of the microphone with the aid of PLUS button or decrease it with the aid of MINUS button.

This is confirmed by a slight beep heard after about 10 seconds. All the settings are subsequently automatically saved.
