- The volume control and answer/end button are dedicated to the phone call controlling.

I cannot hear music in the headset
- Increase the volume on your music device. Ensure that the headphones are connected properly to your headset. Make sure the headset is connected to the 3.5 mm port on the music device. Make sure that the headset is charged (it does not need to be turned on, but should be charged). If the headset has run out of batteries and you are not able to charge, you can connect the headphones directly to the music device

I have pairing problems even though my phone indicates otherwise
- You may have deleted your headset pairing connection in your mobile phone. Ensure that both devices are fully charged. Follow the pairing instructions in the user manual.

I hear crackling noises
- For the best audio quality, always wear your headset on the same side of the body as your mobile phone. Bluetooth is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the headset and the connected device. It is designed for the headset and the connected device to be used within 10 metres (33 feet) of each other, with no major objects in the way (walls, etc.).

I want music to pause when I am on a call
- Music will continue playing when you are on a phone call. If you want it to pause, please use pause/stop on your music device.
-
- Please note, in order to listen to stereo music your phone must support the stereo music profiles. Please check with your manufacturer for further information on this.
-
I cannot use Reject call, Call on hold, Redial or Voice dialling?
- These functions are dependent on your phone supporting them. Please check your phone’s manual for further details.
