Partner Program Levels

There are four levels under the new Jabra Partner Program - Gold Partner, Silver Partner, Bronze and Associate Partner. Each designation has a specific set of participation requirements and a set of benefits. Each level offers incremental benefits tailored to suit increased participation in the program. As long as your organization meets the requirements, you can enroll at any Jabra Partner Program designation and choose the areas of your business that you wish to optimize.

Partner program participation designations and capabilities descriptions are as follows:

Gold Partner: Jabra Gold Partners have extensive geographic scope, and proven expertise in deploying enterprise call center and office messaging systems to corporate clients. These partners:

• Maintain the capability to manage comprehensive integration projects regardless of size or complexity.
• Have designed, implemented and supported extensive Microsoft Communication Server and Unified Communications installations (Desired attribute but not required for participation).
• Have relationships with enterprise IT and Business Management.
• Have relationships with top communications vendors such as Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, Polycom (desired attribute; not required).
• Additionally, they demonstrate the highest technical capabilities and commitment to further investment in gaining expertise in Jabra headset communication solutions on an ongoing basis.

Jabra Silver Partners: Jabra Silver Partners have a regional or local market presence with expertise in serving small to medium enterprise clients. These partners:

• Have an ability to sell, install, and support the Jabra headset solutions
• Provide 1st and 2nd line customer support (pre-sale and post-sale technical).
• Have dedicated contact center and/or office market focus.

Jabra Bronze Partner: Jabra Bronze Partners have a local market presence with an expertise servicing small enterprise clients. These partners:

• Have an ability to sell, install, and support Jabra headset solutions

Jabra Associate Partner: Jabra Associate Partners have local market presence with expertise servicing small enterprise clients These partners:

• Are new, ambitious resellers of Jabra products requesting access to our world products, resources & training
