Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is only open to businesses in the UK and Ireland. The Prize Draw is not open to GN Resellers, Dealers or Distributors (’Channel Partners’), GN (Great Nordic) UK employees, or any other person connected with the Prize Draw administration.
2. The prize draw is open from Friday September 14th until Friday 14th December 2007. All entries must be received by 17:00 hours on the Friday 14th December 2007.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. Only one entry per organisation allowed.
5. To participate in the prize draw entrants are required to guess correctly 3 noises and to register their valid details on the website www.jabra.co.uk/whatsthenoise. All correct entries in will go into the draw.
6. Responsibility cannot be accepted by GN (Great Nordic) UK Ltd for prize draw entries lost, delayed in transit or damaged.
7. The prize is up to 50 x GN2000 NC headsets with accompanying GN1220 Cords.
8. GN (Great Nordic) reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw (including to substitute prizes to an equal value) without prior notice if, in GN (Great Nordic) UK Ltd’s sole discretion, the prize draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.
9. Prize is not transferable to any other customer. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of the prizes in whole or part. The payment of any applicable tax on a prize is the sole responsibility of the winning company.
10. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GN (Great Nordic) UK Ltd excludes all liability howsoever arising connected with the Prize and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise).
11. GN (Great Nordic) UK Ltd shall have no liability to the winner for (i) any loss of profit, revenue or potential saving (in every case whether direct or indirect); (ii) any direct or indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) including but not limited to installation and continued use of the the headset solution prize; or (iii) for any breach of these terms and conditions to the extent caused or contributed to by winner’s breach of these terms and conditions or negligence.
12. The winner will be selected at random from the correct entries.
13. The draw will take place on Friday 14th December 2007 and the winner will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
14. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. All entries will become the property of GN on its receipt of them and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign to all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
16. The name of the winner and the winning entry will be sent to anyone who writes within 1 month after the closing date of the draw, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to Marketing Department, GN (Great Nordic) UK Ltd, Tamesis, The Glanty, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9AW requesting details of the winning entry.
17. Entrants accept that if they win, GN will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this prize draw and for related promotional purposes.

19. By completing and submitting the form online the entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
20. These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree that their interpretation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. |
