  • How do I connect my Jabra Mini to my mobile device using Bluetooth?

    The first time the headset is powered on it will automatically enter pairing mode. Follow the pairing instructions to connect.

    To manually connect follow the steps below.

    1. Turn the headset on (set the On/Off switch to the On position)


    2. Press and hold (3 seconds) the Answer/end button until the Bluetooth light flashes blue.

    3. Activate Bluetooth on the mobile device, and select Jabra Mini. If asked for a pin code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).

  • How do I pair my Jabra Mini with two mobile phones at the same time?

    It is possible to be connected to two mobile phones at the same time.
    When connected to two mobile phones, the last mobile phone you pair with will be considered the primary phone. This is the only phone where you can use voice dialing (if supported by your phone) from the headset.

    Note that the headset always will try to connect to your primary device first.

    The redial function (if supported by your phone) will only work on the phone where you last made an outgoing call.

    The headset supports multiple call handling from up to two mobile phones at the time.

    1. To pair with your first mobile phone (secondary device) turn the headset on (set the On/Off switch to the On position).

    2. Press and hold (3 seconds) the Answer/End button until the Bluetooth light flashes blue.

    3. Activate Bluetooth on the mobile device, and select Jabra Mini. If asked for a pin code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).

    1. To pair with your second mobile phone (primary device) Turn the headset on (set the On/Off switch to the On position).

    2. Press and hold (3 seconds) the Answer/End button until the Bluetooth light flashes blue.

    3. Activate Bluetooth on the mobile device, and select Jabra Mini. If asked for a pin code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).

     

    You have now paired with two devices. It can take up to one minute for the headset to connect automatically with the paired devices. If the headset stalls on connecting to both your phones, connect to it from your mobile phones Bluetooth menu.

  • How do I reset my Bluetooth pairing list on my Jabra Mini?

    Note: When the Jabra Mini is reset you will need to reconnect to your mobile device. Remember to delete/forget the former pairing on your mobile device, before reconnecting.

     

    1. Turn the headset on (set the On/Off switch to the On position).

    2. Press and hold (6 seconds) the Answer/End button and the Volume + button.

    3. Release the buttons. The Jabra Mini has now been reset and will turn off.

    4. Put the headset in off position (set the On/Off switch to the Off position).

    5. Turn the headset on (set the On/Off switch to the On position). When turned on it will go directly to pairing mode.

    • Why am I receiving static on my Bluetooth headset?

      All wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Please try the following steps:

      1. Keep the headset on the same side of your body as the phone.
      2. Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the headset and your phone. The Bluetooth signal may have difficulty transmitting through walls, buildings or people. Static or interference is sometimes environmental. Interference can be caused by e.g. computers, cordless phones, microwaves etc.

      No, Bluetooth is an open standard and as such you can use any headset with your mobile phone. There is no need for your headset to be the same brand as your mobile phone.

    • How do I fix Bluetooth connection problems on my Jabra Mini?

      Ensure there is a direct line of contact between the Jabra Mini and your mobile device.
      The Bluetooth signal may have difficulties transmitting through walls, buildings or people. Static or interference is often environmental. Computers, cordless phones, microwaves etc. may cause interference.

      If problems persist, follow the steps below:

      1. Delete the former pairing on your mobile device.

      2. Turn the headset on (set the On/Off switch to the On position).

      3. Press and hold (3 seconds) the Answer/end button until the Bluetooth light flashes blue.



      4. Activate Bluetooth on the mobile device, and select Jabra Mini. If asked for a pin code or passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros).

    • I am unable to take any calls when my headset is charging.

      The headset cannot be used while charging for safety reasons. Please allow the headset to charge fully then disconnect it from the charger and it will be ready for use.
