It is possible to receive calls on either or both softphones, but to place a new call you need to select a preferred softphone. You can do this with Jabra PC Suite:

If you have difficulty in hearing the person on the other end of the line then try turning up the volume on the in-line call control. If the problem persists, you should consider switching from a mono to a duo headset.
1. Open Jabra PC Suite.
2. Click on the softphone tab
3. Under Target softphone for outgoing calls, select the desired softphone.
4. Click Apply and then OK
