How can we make this more useful for you?
1. Open Jabra PC Suite.
2. Click on the softphone tab
3. Under Target softphone for outgoing calls, select the desired softphone.
4. Click Apply and then OK
If using Cisco Jabber below version 9.6, Jabra software is needed to have call control.
Cisco needs to be selected as the default Softphone in the Jabra software.
Choose either Cisco or Standard softphone.
It is recommended to install Jabra software after the Cisco Jabber client is installed.
1. Install Jabra software.
2. Open Cisco Jabber.
3. Click on File and choose Options.
4. Click on Audio.
5. Set the Jabra headset as the default audio device for Speaker, Microphone and Ringer/Alerts. Click Apply and OK.

Launch Jabra Firmware Updater installed with Jabra PC Suite, and follow the Firmware Updater wizard.
