The models that are certified for Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync), support Microsoft Skype for Business in Plug and Play mode. These models support features to answer and end calls, adjust volume, and mute.
If you are not using Microsoft Skype for Business, use the standard UC model.

The position of the Jabra Link 360 may affect its range. If it is connected, for example, to a desktop computer and then placed below a table, obstacles may interfere with the signal and reduce the range of the Jabra Link 360.
Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and other Bluetooth devices such as a keyboard, mouse, or printer may also interfere with the signal.

Yes, the Jabra Link 360 Nano Bluetooth USB adapter supports A2DP streaming from your PC. (Headsets need to support A2DP as well to achieve this superior audio streaming quality.)

To support the maximum specified range between the adapter and headset, set the wireless range to "Normal". However, if there are too many wireless devices that are interfering with one another, then set the range to "Low" or "Very low". To change the settings in Jabra Direct, follow these steps:

To update devices such as Jabra Motion or Jabra Stealth, they must be connected directly to the PC using a USB cable. To switch devices during a call, follow these steps. This example uses a Jabra Stealth UC headset paired with the Jabra Link 360, and then switches to a Jabra Speak 510.
This procedure applies to all Jabra Bluetooth products that are certified for use with the Jabra Link 360. Check the user manual of your Jabra headset to see whether to use the Answer button or the Multi-function button in step 3.
Note: If the Jabra Speak 510 was last paired with a mobile phone, the pairing may take longer.
