Jabra headsets and speakerphones follow the Bluetooth standard. Bluetooth devices that follow the standard are compatible. Refer to your mobile phone’s specifications to see, if it meets the Bluetooth standard. Products using different revisions of the Bluetooth standard also work together.
Later versions of Bluetooth are backward-compatible with previous versions. Features and specifications of Bluetooth communication will always revert to the older version in use.

Ensure that your phone supports the Bluetooth phonebook access profile (PBAP) and that the name of the caller is in your phonebook.
Please note that on some Android phones a warning message about the phonebook access appears in the top left corner. You must select this message and agree to the connection in order to get the caller ID to function properly.

Bluetooth is a radio technology which means it is sensitive to objects between the headset and the device it is connected to. You should be able to have up to 10 metres (33 feet) of distance between the headset and the connected device when there are no major objects in the way (walls, etc.).

All wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Please try the following steps:
- Keep the headset on the same side of your body as the phone.
- Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the headset and your phone. The Bluetooth signal may have difficulty transmitting through walls, buildings or people. Static or interference is sometimes environmental. Interference can be caused by e.g. computers, cordless phones, microwaves etc.

Multiuse functionality enables you to be connected to two different devices at the same time (e.g. a mobile phone and a PC). For example you can use the same headset for both listening to music from your mobile phone and for Internet telephony (e.g. Skype or Google Talk) at the same time.
