Ring tone issue - After answer the call, user still hear ring tone.
On-hook issue - User A and User B is on the phone (MS-Lync call), and new incoming call from User C to User A. User A: to respond to the call from User C, try to end the call with User B and press on-hook key of MS-Lync pop-up User B’s window. Both the call with User B and new incoming call from User C end without talking to User C like “ignore” .
