Promotion only for end customers. Resellers can not claim the reimbursement for their customers. End-Customers can claim a maximum of X units per product as described below on this page.

1. The Jabra cashback program (“The Promotion”) is only available to end users residing in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg. It cannot give rise to any resale of the product.
2. Promotion Period: Cashback offer is valid for any purchase between October 1st and December 31st 2023. Eligible products are listed in the table below.
3. The Promotion is only valid for newly purchased Jabra products, invoiced directly by an authorized Jabra partner in Benelux (member of the Jabra One partner program). To find an authorized Jabra partner near you, contact your usual Jabra contact. The following people will not be eligible for the Promotion: Jabra employees, Jabra partners and their employees, Jabra distributors, resellers participating in the operation, and anyone related to the organization of the Promotion.
4. Promotion Limits: The Promotion cannot be combined with any other Jabra promotional offer. It does not apply where Jabra, through its network of reseller partners, offers customers a sale price different from the standard sale price.
5. Cashback Request Process: To qualify for the Promotion, customers must go to https://www.emea.jabra.com/c/emea/evolve2-cashback to provide the requested information. The invoice for the qualifying product(s) will serve as proof of purchase. It must be dated during the Promotion period and sent before the closing date of the promotion so that Jabra can validate the rebate claim. Jabra will respond by email within seven (7) days from the date the request was submitted. Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or inaccessible email addresses on the application form. Buyer should contact claims@jabra-promotions.com if they do not receive a response from Jabra within 7 days of submitting a valid and properly completed claim.
6. All refund requests must be made before the deadline of 31st of January 2024. No requests will be accepted after this date.
7. Reimbursement of the rebate will occur within 60 days of the date of acceptance of the request by Jabra. Payment will be made by bank transfer. By choosing payment by BACS / SEPA transfer, Jabra will bear any costs incurred by your bank and your bank will not have to charge you for them. We advise you to check your bank's pricing policy. Payment will be made only to the name of the purchaser of the qualifying product(s) listed on the invoice (proof of purchase)
