How do I synchronize my presence status in Jabra Direct?

The Presence Synchronization setting syncs the status of your connected Jabra device with the status of your softphone. To sync your presence status, follow these steps.

1. Open Jabra Direct.
2. On the left menu, click Settings.
3. In Softphone Integration > Presence Synchronization, click the slider to turn the setting on/off.
   
   
   
   

Your softphone must support integration with Jabra Direct for this feature to work. For more details about softphone integration, refer to the datasheet located in the Product documents section on the support page.
