How do I turn off/on call control on my Jabra Engage 50 using Jabra Direct?

Prerequisites

• Jabra Engage Link
• Jabra Direct - latest version

To turn off/on call control follow these steps.

1. Ensure the Jabra Engage 50 and Jabra Engage Link are connected to your computer. 
2. In Jabra Direct, select your device.
3. Click Device.
4. In Device settings > Softphone (PC) > Call control with softphone, click the slider to turn the setting off/on.
   
   


5. Click Apply.

Note
If you turn off call control, you can only use the headset as an audio device.
