Why do I not hear music if I have turned on HearThrough?

You may have turned off the option to listen to music while using HearThrough.

To change the setting, follow these steps.

1. Open the Jabra Sound+ app.
2. In the Headset menu, tap the Settings icon on the top right.
3. Tap Headset settings, Audio experience.
4. In Pause/resume audio, tap Continue playing audio.
