How do I set the USB charging cable as an audio cable using Jabra Direct?

To set the USB charging as an audio cable, follow these steps.

1. In Jabra Direct, select the Jabra Evolve 75.
2. Click Device.
3. In Device settings > Softphone (PC) > Wired USB audio, click the slider to turn the setting on/off.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Apply.

If you use your Jabra Evolve 75 with a charging stand, we recommend that you turn the setting off. You cannot change this setting manually on the headset.

Important
If a cable (e.g. a charging or audio cable) is connected to the USB port in the headset, you might notice a slightly elevated temperature around the USB port. A slightly elevated temperature is normal and within safety operating requirements and has no bearing on the lifespan or performance of the headset. If you however, experience that the headset generates significant heat or gets significantly warmer than usual when charging or in use, it is recommended to immediately stop using the headset and contact the Jabra reseller where you have bought the headset.
