How do I upgrade my Jabra Jabra Engage 50 to be Microsoft Teams certified?
Prerequisites
- Jabra Engage 50 firmware version 2.3.1 or later
- Connection to a Jabra Engage Link MS variant
- Jabra Direct - latest version
To get Microsoft Teams functionality on your Jabra Engage 50, the headset must be connected to a Microsoft (MS) variant of the Jabra Engage Link, and updated with the required firmware version using Jabra Direct.
The Jabra Engage Link controller plugs into a USB port on a computer and enables call control between the headset and a softphone client, such as Microsoft Teams.
The Jabra Engage Link is an optional accessory that is not included with the Jabra Engage 50 headset. For more information, see Jabra accessories.
