What is the maximum range between the earbuds?
The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. If this range is exceeded, the earbuds may lose connection with each other. They will reconnect automatically if both earbuds are turned on and within range of each other.
If not, try placing both earbuds in the charging case. When you take them out, they will automatically turn on and reconnect.
