    Not all computer hardware and software are optimized for interpreting the standardized commands of your Jabra earbuds.

    You may notice your earbud’s button commands, such as volume control, play, pause, or mute synchronization may not work as intended when used with a computer or application that cannot interpret them effectively.

    To troubleshoot challenges when connected directly to a computer, try the following:

    • Ensure you have the latest operating system, drivers, and firmware for your computer.
    • Ensure your computer has the same or newer Bluetooth version that is supported by your earbuds. For example, if your earbuds are Bluetooth 5.0, your computer must have Bluetooth 5.0 or later.
    • Ensure your computer supports the same or newer Hands-free Bluetooth profile (HFP) that is supported by your earbuds. This helps with call control when using a video communication application, e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
    • Ensure your computer supports the same or newer AVRCP Bluetooth profile that is supported by your earbuds. This helps with media control like play, pause, next track.
