    How do I connect my Jabra headset with a Digium D40, D45, D50, D60, D62, D65, D70 or D80 desk phone so I have remote call control using my headset?

    Prerequisites
    • For all Digium models except D80, use firmware version 1.3.0.0.53680 or later
    • For Digium D80, use firmware version 1.0.3 or later
    • Jabra product supporting Jabra IQ: Jabra Engage 65/75, Jabra Pro 920/925/9400, Jabra Motion Office, Jabra Go 6470

    Follow these steps to set up and enable call control between the Jabra product and the desk phone:

    1. In the Digium desk phone, ensure the hook switch mode "Jabra IQ" is enabled:
      Go to Menu > Preferences > Call Answering > Electronic Hookswitch > select Jabra IQ.

    2. Ensure the Jabra base is set to "Jabra IQ EHS" mode. Refer to the user manual for your specific Jabra product to set up the headset correctly.

    Note
    If there are issues with the Digium D65 and Jabra Pro 9400 call control feature, there are two ways to resolve this:
    1. Go to Menu > Option 3 > Option 4 > select Headset Only.
    2. Updating the firmware on the Jabra Pro 9400 to the latest version should also resolve the issue.
