How do I reset my Jabra Evolve headset to the default settings using Jabra Direct?

When you reset your Jabra device, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared. 

To reset your Jabra device, follow these steps.

1. Connect your headset to the computer using a USB cable. 
2. Open Jabra Direct.
3. Click Device.
   If you are resetting the Jabra Evolve 75, the Softphone > Wired USB Audio setting must be set to “On” before a reset can be performed.
4. In Device settings, click Reset to open the Restore device settings dialog.
5. Click Apply.

Note
When you have reset your Jabra device, you will need to re-pair it with any previously paired devices, such as your mobile device or the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter.
