Can my headset handle two softphones simultaneously?
Yes, your Jabra UC Voice headset supports dual softphones if it is a version "A". You can find the version number on the underside of the call control unit (see the following picture).
Note:
Both softphones must be supported by Jabra Direct for dual softphone compatibility.
