How do I activate the sound used to locate my Jabra device when using Find My Jabra?

Prerequisites

• Jabra Sound+ - iOS
• Jabra Sound+ - Android (Android devices require the use of Google Maps)

If you misplace your Jabra device, you can activate your Jabra device to make a sound, so it is easier to find.

This feature will need your Jabra device to be turned on and have an established Bluetooth connection to your mobile device that has Jabra Sound+ installed.

To activate the sound in your Jabra device, follow these steps.

1. Open the Jabra Sound+ app.
2. In the Headset menu, tap the Settings  icon on the top right.
3. Tap Find My Jabra.
   If you haven't turned on Find My Jabra, turn it on.
4. Tap the headset icon in the map.
5. In the pop-up tray, tap the play button and adjust the volume as necessary.

Once you find your Jabra device, press the pause button in the pop-up tray.
