Why do my Jabra earbuds not turn on the first time I remove them from the charging case?

The first time you remove the earbuds from the charging case, they do not turn on automatically. 

To turn on the earbuds, peel off the protective plastic covering the charging poles of each earbud and press the Left and Right buttons simultaneously.

Before you start using your earbuds, place the earbuds in the charging case and charge them for up to 3.5 hours. After charging, remove the earbuds from the charging case and they will turn on and go into pairing mode automatically. Pair the earbuds with your smartphone.
