How do I use my Microsoft Teams certified device to interact with Microsoft Teams?
Prerequisites
- Connection to a Jabra MS variant that is certified for use with Microsoft Teams
- Latest firmware version for your Jabra device
- Microsoft Teams for computers
When you are connected to your Jabra device and you sign into Microsoft Teams, you can interact with Microsoft Teams on your computer in the following ways.
- If the Microsoft Teams window is minimised, press the Multi-function button to bring the window to the foreground on your computer.
- A Microsoft Teams LED notification will flash purple on the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter when a scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting becomes active (when another participant joins the meeting). Press the Multi-function button to join the active meeting on your computer.
- A Microsoft Teams LED notification will flash purple on the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter if you have missed a Microsoft Teams call. Press the Multi-function button to see the notification in Microsoft Teams under Calls, History.
- A Microsoft Teams LED notification will flash purple on the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter if there is a Microsoft Teams voicemail. Press the Multi-function button to see the notification in Microsoft Teams under Calls, Voicemail.
Note
The Microsoft Teams LED notifications will flash in response to only one Microsoft Teams notification at a time. Pressing the Multi-function button will interact with the last received notification.
