    Why has the sound suddenly gone in my Jabra Evolve 80?

    If Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is turned on, the listen-in feature may be activated. This feature enables you to hear your surroundings without having to remove your headset. In this mode, music and calls are muted (not paused); however, the microphone remains on.

    To check whether the listen-in feature is activated, slide the ANC ON switch in position, and then tap the Listen-in button on the right ear cup.
