    How do I update the firmware on my Jabra device using Jabra Direct?

    Prerequisites

    • Jabra Direct version 3.x or earlier (not supported in v. 4.0 or later)

     

    To update the firmware, follow these steps.

    1. In Jabra Direct, if a firmware update is available for your Jabra device, this is indicated on the main screen.

    3. To update the firmware or manually check for new firmware, click Updates.

    4. If an update is available, click Update now.

    5. The Jabra Direct Firmware Updater opens in a new window.
    6. Check that the correct Jabra device is selected, and then click Next.

    7. Click Next.

    8. Follow the onscreen instructions. Do not unplug your device while a firmware update is in progress.

    Note:

    For some Jabra Link EHS adapters, you may need a micro-USB cable to connect the adapter to the computer.
