To update the firmware on a Jabra Noise Guide, follow these steps.

1. Open the Jabra Noise Guide software. 
2. Go to Setup, Device Info, Check for firmware updates. If a new version is available, follow the onscreen instructions to complete the update.
3. After you have updated the Noise Guide, you must reset it to the factory settings.
   A factory reset deletes all existing data, so make sure you extract the data from the unit before resetting.
4. To reset the device, click the Factory setting button.
