How do Jabra Xpress and Jabra Direct work together?

Jabra Xpress Cloud/On-Premise will store the Jabra device configurations in the cloud. When a user connects a device to Jabra Direct, it will check the cloud for the current firmware and settings. Jabra Direct will continue to check for updates every two hours.
