If you want to use your Jabra earbuds in mono earbud mode, you must enable stereo mixing on your Android smartphone by changing the audio codec to Qualcomm® aptX™, or SBC in the Developer options. For further details, refer to the user manual for your Android smartphone.

Stereo mixing is automatically enabled for iOS devices.
