What is the maximum range between the earbuds?

The two earbuds use Bluetooth to connect with each other.

The maximum range between the earbuds is 1m/3ft. If this range is exceeded, the earbuds may lose connection with each other. They will reconnect automatically if both earbuds are turned on and within range of each other.

If not, try placing both earbuds in the charging case. When you take them out, they will automatically turn on and reconnect.
