    What happens when I press the button to record the current call?

    The recording will start instantly if the Cisco Finesse system has been configured correctly to support call recording.

    When you start recording the call, there is no visual indication of this (a known limitation in Cisco Finesse). When you end the call, the recording will stop automatically. You can replay the call afterward by selecting it in the Cisco Finesse web browser interface.
