    What happens if I choose to not update my Jabra device with an automatic firmware update?

    If you choose to not update your Jabra device with an automatic firmware update*, the countdown to the update will cease, and the firmware update will not be installed.

    The firmware update will then be available for you to install anytime in Jabra Direct > Updates.

    Note
    *If a device is managed in Jabra Xpress, this option is not available for individual users.
