How do I select the voice assistant used by my Jabra device?

Your Jabra device will use the voice assistant of your connected smartphone by default. To select your preferred voice assistant, follow these steps.

1. Open the Jabra Sound+ app, tap Headset, Voice assistant.
2. Select your preferred voice assistant from the list.

Third party voice assistants may require an account.

Apple has introduced security updates in the iOS smartphone operating system (version 12.4 or later) that limit the Amazon Alexa voice assistant functionality to only work when Jabra Sound+ is open and in the foreground on your smartphone. This does not apply for other voice assistants.
