How do I connect my Jabra headset to a desk phone using the Jabra Danaswitch?

Using the Jabra Danaswitch, you can connect your headset to a desk phone that has a headset port. You can also connect to a desk phone that does not have a headset port by using the handset port instead. The following diagrams illustrate the setup details.
