The caller hears an echo when they speak. Can I reduce the echo?

In a true wireless earbud, the microphone is located very close to the speaker. If the EarGel does not create a tight seal between the earbud and your ear, the microphone may pick up the caller’s voice from the speaker and cause an echo that only the caller hears.
