Why did Find My Jabra stop working on my Android smartphone?

On your Android smartphone, the location permissions for the Jabra Sound+ app may have been automatically revoked.

To activate the location permissions again, go to the permissions for the Sound+ app on your Android smartphone and allow the app to access Location.

Android smartphones automatically revokes the location permissions for individual apps if the app has not been in use for a few months. To ensure that location permissions are not automatically revoked again, disable the setting Remove permissions if app isn't used for the Sound+ app on your smartphone.
